drank half a vivaz*n shot and i feel very wrong. please help

Im a seasoned kratom user by the way and i can tell this isnt just the wobbles. the bootle says to drink a 4th of it, but its so hard to do that when the bottle is so small, so i accidentally drank half. my heart is racing and im sure my bp is through the roof right now. anyone had a similar experience or know wtf is in these things? any advice?
