League Reporting Clarification

Hello I was sent here saying this may be a better Reddit to answer my question! so I’m a Professor for my Pokémon league for my LGS store and was curious if some other professors can clarify if I’m doing something right

So we run a weekly league and I was wondering if I am reporting players correctly because I don’t want to accidentally be double submitting

If I’m running a league tournament, does it report my players after I’ve submitted the TDF Or do I need to go into the scheduled play sessions and manual report players there?

Like I understand the difference between what league and play sessions are.

I watched the recent Q&A, but it didn’t really answer the clarifying question.
