energetic heaviness into physical sensation

Hello everyone, I am new to this and I don't have much experience within all of this so bare with me. I have been experiencing a strange sensation on and off for some time now. This sensation is physical throughout my entire body but yet it has no physical cause. In my mind, I believe it to be some sort of energetic source.

The best way I can describe it is as follows,

A type of heaviness, almost as if someone took a bucket of heavy slime and dropped it on top of me. This "slime" causes a feeling of heaviness(like my limbs are made of concrete), a sense of numbness( like my body isn't connected), and overall just disorienting. It comes across as my body not feeling like it is "locally real"...think of a videogame haptic feedback suit for the whole body. It gives you the sensation of interaction, but you can tell it is a manufactured feeling and not "real" feeling.

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes it happens randomly other times it happens when I am physically very tired and in a dark room but not able to fall asleep.

I am trying to find anyone else who has experienced this, Anyone who knows what this is linked to, Or just any information on what this could be.
