Does the US 60W & Rural intersection have a camera?

Everyday after work, I sit in my car seat in disbelief as every single car ACTUALLY abides by the no turn on red sign on the 60W exit onto rural. With the way people drive around here, my only conclusion must be there is a camera at that light I’m not aware of. Anybody know?

Clarification: I am not advocating for people to turn early and get hit, that’s stupid. I’m just genuinely amazed I’ve not seen someone run it ever.
