AITJ for wanting to end my engagement after my fiancé secretly moved his friend in?

My fiancé (26M) and I (24F) have lived together for a year, saving and planning a wedding. Last month, he told me his friend was going through a rough patch and needed to crash for “a few days.” I reluctantly agreed.

Four weeks later, the friend is still here, full electronics setup, sleeping in the living room, raiding our food, and going through personal items. He won’t pay rent or help. I’ve asked my fiancé to address it, but he says “he’s family” and will deal with it soon.

I feel displaced in my own home, and doubt is creeping in about marrying someone who can’t set boundaries.
