Subluxations?

Need Help

I have been to a physiotherapist and have had many gp appointments because of widespread chronic pain (5/10 on good days) and have been told i score 8/9 on the Beighton scale, and have your typical crazy soft skin and Ibs problems associated with hyper mobility and connective disorders. I am also in the middle of doing tests for POTS and I’m aware that it is a common comorbidity. My physio and GP are convinced I have at least HSD, however I have not yet been formally diagnosed and have not been assessed yet for hEDS which I meet the 2017 criteria already while researching myself.

However when my referral goes through and I begin to be assessed with HSD or possibly even HEDS, I’m not sure what to tell them around subluxations and dislocations. I have never fully dislocated a joint but I often feel joints feel ‘wrong’ and painful with a less than usual range of motion, which goes away shortly after I crack the joint- and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if that is what subluxations feel like for you?

I also have very hyper mobile wrist which feel like the bones slip when I twist it- do you think this is a subluxation or normal ish joint movement?

Thank you!! Any answers are appreciated 🙏🙏
