A short true story about how EA deals with cheaters
This happened a few months ago (aqua vs inferno event)
After I reached 50 stars in H2H, I tried to push for another 50 stars in VSA, it took me a while before I reached it, after that I decided to win one or two more games and push for top 250 (I didn't know if the top 250 logo was still a thing). I lost five games in a row (very important detail). I called it a day and went to sleep.
I woke up and found out that I got a month suspension. I emailed ToS team, got a negative reply. I emailed them two more times, same result. I posted on the EA forum, they replied that they can't do anything about it, and nothing else I can do as a result.
Later when I thought about it, I found out that cheaters try to lose games to conceal their history activity, and most likely the five games that I lost that time is how they've determined that I was cheating.
Imagine if it was a permanent ban and all progress and achievements that I got in my account, gone just like that, for doing nothing wrong, and there was nothing I could've done about it.
