Help with bp app calibration :(

Hi docs!

I have a welch allyn sphygmomanometer that isnt calibrated to zero (yung needle nasa 300). Anyone have any idea how to fix it? Tried various shops na for repair but no one seems to know how to fix this particular kind.. PLS LNG kay night shift PGI ako sa ER right now hahahaha
