Full Body Workouts with Sandbag

Has anyone else used sandbags to train? They are UNDERRATED. I bought 1 after from IronMind, and WOW. Perfect for compound lifts. I mainly use it at the end of my workouts; however, I want to implement more lifts with them. Anyone have expertise in sandbags since it is niche?
