are the drives that bad?

i've been scroling kn reddid for a while and noticed a lot of "drives suck" or "i keep losing" posts. honestly. idk what everyone is on about. i finished my drives quite easely. went from plat 1 to dimond 5 on tank, gold 3 to plat 5 on support, and diamond 5 to diamond 4 in 6v6. i honestly never really struggled and when i lost a match i lost like 4-14 points total. am i doing something that makes my drives better?
