Moonstrike Spec - I do not understand what to do

How do you play this? I just hit lvl 33 and selected moonstrike as my spec, learning a couple of big talent nodes at the top (all I had enough points for). The gameplay is not at all like what I saw in various videos with moonstrike gameplay. How do I summon the massive sweeping scythes?? Maxroll build guide goes over skills that do not exist in the skill tab. Is this translation issues? I don't believe so, because even the icons are nowhere to be found. Am I an idiot or something? Please help.
