Will the alien skullector doll be available to non-members?

I'm kinda new to collecting the dolls, loved them in my childhood and decided to start collecting them again once I found most of my childhood dolls.

I REALLY love the new alien doll that's coming out and was wondering if it's just a member only presale or if the doll will be exclusive to members only? Is there a possibility it'll be available on Amazon if it is members only?

Asking because from my quick amount of research actually investing in the membership doesn't give you any benefits other than presales, which seem to sell out insanely quickly anyways. And I feel like it's crappy forever Mattel to want even more money when they're charging $80+ for a collector doll and the only benefit is... getting into a presale? Or having access to exclusive dolls? Feels scummy is all.
