Anyone else getting this heavy plough bug?

This seems kinda bizarre but for me the ox pulled heavy plough is completely useless when running the game on fast forward. You can watch covering only about the same amount of ground it would be on x1 speed because it keeps stopping at starting, almost like a video trying badly to buffer. I'm not taking about it moving awkwardly around corners here. I'm seeing it move in a straight line, take 2 steps, stop, another 2 steps, and so on

Even more strangely I seem to be able to get around this by only pressing fast forward when I'm zoomed in to ground level, when it'll zoom off into the distance as it should

Anyone else getting anything similar? This seems to happen 100% of the time, across different saves
