Gsync tearing

Hi everyone! I have a Lenovo LOQ 15 ARP9 with an NVIDIA RTX 4070 and a Ryzen 7 7435HS, and I’m having a problem with screen tearing in most games when G-Sync is enabled, i have an AUO display. I’ve noticed that the tearing gets even worse when using DLSS + Frame Generation. I’ve tried enabling V-Sync in the NVIDIA Control Panel and setting an FPS cap at 141, but I’m getting terrible lag spikes in many games. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
