AITA for pushing my partner to walk her dog more?

We've been dating for 4 years and she's had this dog the entire time. We started living together a year and a half ago and although it was stressful at first it's gotten better. The one main thing that always always comes up is how much she's doing for her dog. She brought this hyper active poodle mix into the relationship. I like him a lot but I don't really vibe with this breed as much as other breeds. He's super figity and has a LOT of energy and has a tough time settling down. But I care about him a lot. I'll take him for a 45 min walk after my construction job a few days a week and definitely on weekends. I ask her to try to walk him more and she does, but she will also go days without. It drives me nuts. I don't understand as when I've had dogs IVE chosen to he mine..im driven to make their lives as lively as possible. I hate that they're waiting all day while im at work. Heck, I hate that HE waits all day. Even if I dont have that strong connection with him. But whenever I talk about getting this dog out more it turns into an arguement. Today, Saturday, we got into a fight because she wanted to wait until 2 to walk him. Apparently that's when the rain would stop but it WASNT raining this morning for hours. It's a little wet maybe but it's October on the west coast. Now we're not about to have the fun-filled day we were planning to have while the dogs wait at home. AITA?
