Tea spilled in car

Hi everyone

My wife spilled a full cup of karak in car, Alhamdulillah she is ok, I spent the last 45 minutes trying to clean the car.....it fell between the seat and handrest gap, and i tried using paper towels, spraying dish soap and water mixture, and in the end put some baking soda (all guidelines from ChatGPT and google)

Im worried as I still feel there is tea underneath the carpet which upon drying gonna make my car stink.

Please give advise on how to clean up this mess......thinking about getting a deep clean for that area but have no idea where to get done.....I live in Al Quoz
