Potentially Genned Pokemon

Been working on a my living dex and shiny living dex. Gotten many questionable pokemon through home trades plus the certain genned such as KevDog pokemon. I don't ever bring any questionable pokemon into a game. Just as a filler for the dex. Is the risk high enough to warrant just transferring the pokemon? I've heard of the random account sweeps and would hate to lose what I have built.
