tiny health destructibles?

One of the perks apparently gives destructibles that give health.

I have maxed it out and and equipped it and done at least 3 runs to the final boss but haven't seen any.

But maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing. If anyone has a screenshot of the health-giving destructibles, would be most appreciated 🙏🏾
