Your thumbs have no wishes

Each finger has a single wish. You cannot wish for love, nor death of a single, specific person on the wish.

Each wish can kill/effect no more than 10,000 people, otherwise you will die and the wish will undo

If, after 2 weeks, the death toll/affected people is less than 10,000, you are safe (no wishing for worldwide cancer curing/ending world hunger). If not, you will die, the wish will undo and anyone saved in that time will die (anyone that died will stay dead)

Once the wish is complete, the digit you wished on will disintegrate. You will have 8 wishes, if you use them all you will lose all 8 fingers. But only so long as the area of your wishes affects less than 10k
