The Soviets declassified their documents on the topic of UFOs states that 50% of the cases were connected with oceans, and 15% with lakes giving a handful of specific areas where most sightings occured. Recently Navy Adm Galludet who was previously Admin for NOAA acknowledged this also. Most USgovt documentation that refer to "space" are not referring to atmosphere or outer-atmosphere, but subterranean & subcutaneous space..

Today, we are told cartographers often jus made up towns/cities to fill space or use "mythical animals" .... This is done to hide stuff like he 7 Kingdoms that existed in the grand canyon 2 centuries ago or the worldwide architecture of the unified civilization whos grand cities once flourished throughout Africa, Americas & the Gobi.. Ive been able to provide many examples of jus how accurate these maps truly were. Such as Grid lines near Area 51 from ancient cities.. in the last post Is included a map comparison to google Earth. Fra Mauros 16th century map led to new discoveries in Africa.

- This explanation is outlandish for the simple fact that cartographers mostly worked for Kings/Nobility & there are documented instances of faulty maps =execution.

Anywhere you go in Africa & theyll tel you All about the people who live in the water, In South Africa , you may hear that people have 'thwasad' (undergone an initiation to become a traditional healer) under water. Also called a Mamogashwa, Watermeisie. The UFO community has had lots of fun with our cultures legends regarding the Nummo & astronomical knowledge.

Nommos play an important role in earth’s evolution. Right now they are the guardians and guides of the portion of 'Etheric Sirians' who are in dolphin, whale, and mermaid/merman bodies in order to maintain the biosphere.. theyre saidto have landed in their Kora-na, which sat on 3 "legs". They dig a big hole in the ground, filling it with water, jumping out of the ship, and into the water, and finally coming up to the edge of the water would begin sharing the knowledge that would civilize humanity. When they were on land, they'd never eat anything ...

To be clear, my ancestors never once said anyone came from another planet.. they said they'd come from the Heavens & even referred to them as 'star people' but today this is misunderstood... "Outer space " is our oceans, which ALL ancient civilizations knew where connected to the stars. "Waters above"[body of water Floating in space](https://www.unilad.com/technology/space/12-billion-year-old-water-floating-space-quasar-848089-20231210).

If you use an antique map site , go to Africa& search mermaid youll find that there are a few mentioned & each at the same location. What's interesting is that earlier cartographers would say "Rumor has it, there are people who live in the water at Lake Zaire".... Zaire is significant, it's at the base of Mt Rumezweri(Mtn of the Moon)which Is where the Palermo Stele states of the earliest 'Divine' inhabitants of Egypt "*came from the place God Hapi dwells, at the foothills of the Mt of the Moon'*..

Later on this is supported by [Explorer Henry Hudson logbook](https://archive.org/stream/henryhudsonnavig27ashe/henryhudsonnavig27ashe_djvu.txt), then 17th century, [Aethiopia Superior vel Interior vulgo Abissinorum ](https://www.raremaps.com/gallery/detail/76929)..

"It was confidently reported that in this lake, which differ in nothing from mankind but lack of speech and reason".

-A century later ' on Viaggio nel regno di Congo nell’Africa meridionale (“Journey in the Kingdom of Congo in Southern Africa”) Merolla frankly notes that the River Zaire (the modern-day Congo River) teems with “woman-fish”. He says ancient poets called them “sirens".....

Heres an interesting study that was published a couple years ago. From Wadi Sura(near Egypt) [Nonhuman Handprint Morphometric study](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S2352409X16300499)
Found in what the locals called 'cave of the swimmers'. It's ancient art, using handprints that are absolutely NOT human.

Earlier Accounts also detail Alexander the Great aka Iksander Bey, who delivered Egypt from the Tamahu(created ones) and his soldiers whod encounter a population of 'merpeople', naked humans who lived permanently in the sea, but were not violent or harmful to Alexander and his soldiers.".. notice they are depicted as normal humans, not half fish...

-The cylinder seal depicts both sides of the gateway and the stairs receding into the entry. The Anunna emerging is obviously represented as being in the distance by perspective, coming out of the gate. This is one of the better examples of a "stargate"….

-theyre capable of copulation, and occasionally sired children who became the founders of royal dynasties.

The Coahuiltecan in Mexico claim there is an underwater base nearby that protects the from tropical storms. Their legends tell a similar story as The Black Panther sequel..
it's clear that these secret societies know the same secret we've been telling for thousands of years...
That there is a highly advanced species of aquatic humanoids that make their home in the deepest parts of our oceans.

"*Star Travelers came from the sky. We were mutual friends in the cosmos. They helped us and we helped them. The wise men say that in the old days, some of them married our women and took them away to the stars, but the women chose to go with them. They were not taken against their will. The Star People never stayed on Earth. They visited. We called them ancestors because they are older than us. They were not our relatives. They were the ancestors. Their civilization was older. They had more knowledge. Therefore we respected them for that knowledge*"

The concept of a virgin birth which I've explained before comes from human-NHI Relations. Here [A teen girl from Ghana](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsKkijXZin4)
was "abducted" & was missing for 3 years. One day
She comes back & says she wss with the Mami Wata people, theyd taken her as she walked on the beach. The way her footprints stopped, the investigators said she went into the water or was "plucked from above... A medical exam showed she had given birth...

Mami Wata is one of the oldest dieties on earth. This became Medusa , among others. Throughout Africa, andmany countries there's no doubt whatsoever as to their existence. Only the modern west does anyone question their reality, due to propaganda, disinfo campaigns & how peoples perception of reality is shaped by Hollywood ..

*The idea of mermaids wasn’t born from sailors’ fantasies or hallucinations. The Mer-men introduced the Me(gifts of civilization). It came from a primal, encoded memory of a race not of fairy tale origins, but of deep bio-symbolic history.
Think less Disney, more Atlantean genetic strandkeepers. What’s described as “half woman, half fish” is symbolic of dimensional bifurcation. The upper body represents the breath-based, light-speaking interface with surface beings. The tail symbolizes waveform locomotion through harmonic density fields*

-*what you'd call a traditional mermaid are mostly not physical beings, or rather they dnt manifest physically in 3d. Interdimensional Bio-Aquatic beings. Those little fishman figurines in Sumer would be placed around the dwelling believed to have apotropaic qualities. Majority of sightings ccur in energy vortexes, like Columbus' in the Caribbean. Dr Kliners dicyanin goggles used & then banned during Vietnam allowed one to see beyond the veil. Mostly In war zones & on the water they would see various entities.
Some of the entities are not physical, and are known as water spirits that were often up to no good*

In 2012, [Govt Minister Zimbabwe](https://afrocosmopolitan.com/zimbabwe-mermaids-chase-workers-away-from-reservoir-project/)says work has stopped on new reservoirs because workers have been scared off by 'water spirits'(Mermaids) called mbantu.

The Egyptians call the ethereal ocean 'Amun' or Nun. So whenever you see ocean mentioned, theyre not always describing the actual "ocean" like the Pacific or Atlantic. These beings were able to swim through not just water, but timelines. Ocean = Liquid Akasha. The “mermaid song” isn’t for seduction. It’s a frequency-keyed waveform that interfaces with both DNA and the crystalline matrix of Earth. Their voices carried keys to awaken memory. All traditions suggest that Sirius is not merely a physical system, it is an interface between dimensions. The Akashic uplink, the backdoor to the Matrix.

[Norman's New Orleans and environs : containing a brief historical sketch of the territory and state of Louisiana](https://archive.org/details/normansneworlean00norm/page/74/mode/1up?q=Alligator+)"near the levees for an immense dis- tance, are peopled and managed by an amphibious race of human beings, whose mode of living is much like that of the alligator, with whom they ironically claim relationship, but who carry under their rough exterior and uncouth manners, a heart as generous and noble, as beats in any human breast."

At one point humanity was Living in almost perfect harmony with Mother Nature. People who lived on Mu knew how to heal their bodies by using the Living Library.
Like how wild animals don't hesitate which plants, herbs, and berries they can eat and which ones are poisonous, and which were psychedelic...
The avatar films & the Na'Vi people being blue with hair like Maya rulers are not coincidental. Pandora=Mu..
The people were mostly vegetarian, agricultural, outdoor, organic culture that worked in harmony with nature and the land. They had little use for what we call scientific technology, but still they were the most technologically advanced to have existed on Earth..

Anything natural that actually heals is demonized today. An ancient practice is [Dolphin Assisted birthing](https://youtu.be/oCxtOE_1pr0?si=P7loyFgiZsgHPTWI).. this was still done in Hawaii until made illegal. These children develop faster, especially within the first 6 months of life.walk/talk soone, some babies immediately begin following the dolphins movements. They have more brain weight and are often ambidextrous.

At one time u could see man and marine animals playing together in the water; people riding dolphins; sometimes even whales and orcas. But the connection between man and dolphin was not only play; they worked together and communicated on a telepathic level. Orcas still wait for the partnership they once had with humans.

They were left as guardians of Earth’s original divine blueprint. Ask why a govt who has destroyed the atmosphere & animal life for decades made it illegal to communicate with 🐬.
[MMPA -Illegal ](https://dolphinxpert.com/is-it-illegal-to-communicate-with-dolphins/)resonance between them went beyond simple interaction — it was a true connection of consciousness. They have a mysterious ability to trigger the healing process in humans. By touching humans, they help them overcome emotional or psychological problems on the deepest level.  Dr. Carl Safina, an ocean ecologist reported that some people feel a natural “high” when they’re around them—it’s bioacoustic entrainment pulling you back into the eternal stream frequency. Tech has been createdbased off the sonar Dolphins emit. Many hospitals already use a lithotripsy machine that uses low frequency sound waves to break up kidney stones.

Interestingly enough; when we watch dolphins today, we may notice that they are trying all they can to communicate with us, but we've lost the ability, and they never accepted that. They still attempt to open that kind of communication.

*This being in the day-time used to converse with men; but took no food at that season; and he gave them an insight into letters and sciences, and every kind of art. He taught them to construct houses, to found temples, to compile laws, and explained to them the principles of geometrical knowledge. He made them distinguish the seeds of the earth, and showed them how to collect fruits; in short, he instructed them in everything which could tend to soften manners and humanize mankind. From that time, so universal were his instructions, nothing material has been added by way of improvement*
