Has this happened to anyone before?

One CBO, one adset, always 4-5 creatives running, switching underperformers, keeping winners. I got out of the learning phase, had a pretty great daily number of conversions and cost per conversion. All of a sudden, they stop delivering. Campaign says it is active, but ads are not delivering and spend is not going up. For no reason, I get a notification my account has been disabled and that I need to verify my payment method. (Never had a late payment, always automatically paid and at this point I was just into a third of my treshold). I try to do it, not possible. It took 28h for customer service to solve my “problem”, but even tho my campaign exited the learning phase, now after that big break, it is not delivering results.

With Meta being a fucking disaster has this particular situation happened to anyone else? Do you think I should give the same campaign a go for a couple of more days, hopefully it goes back to normal or what would you do?
