Sometimes I really hate online codes

Has anyone been able to successfully use the $10 off $50/$20 off $100 coupon codes with MAC products? It isn't listed as an excluded brand, but my coupons are saying they are invalid. I really want to take advantage of the 5x points and save a bit of money!
