Looking for feedback

Hello, i'm fairly new to Neocities and making a website in general, this is my first time... It's a work in progress but here's how it currently looks

(Site is 18+ and there's slight flickering animation with the texts, planning to make it look less straining or removing it later... Apologies if it looks too disturbing)

I feel like the layout is a bit boring and the navigation feels weird but i'm not sure what direction i should take with it, should i only use buttons for the navigations or just the navbar? Or should i keep both? I would appreaciate any feedback honestly... Ideas for things to add would also be great :)
