Who to pick for 3 star Head Start Voucher?

So ever since i started the game, i've held on to my 3 star head start voucher since it was recommended to me that I should hold on to it for a while. I just wanna know which uma should I pick if i were to use it now? Also, I provided a picture of my current unlocked umas as reference. Thank you very much in advance for the responses!
