Taxes?

Hi I am a recent provider for my grandma (she got approved in July I’m starting now since our process took long). I don’t live with her and will need to check in any time I go over to hers.

How do taxes work/ do we get taxed? I do freelance on the side but this would be my main job now. I would want to have taxes removed right away to not have to pay a lot come tax season but what do you guys recommend? Sorry new to this!
