05 Ram 1500 Wierd door lock issues

I've got an 05 ram 1500 (5.7l) that that the locks switches will not unlock the locks for.

Things i have done.

• Replaced lock fuse (even though it wasnt blown figured why the hell not)

• Replaced Driver's lock control panel

Some things i have noticed

• The connector for the door lock panel has a melted contact point but seems to get power fine.
• Passangers door lock panel also does not work
• When enabling and disabling the automatic door lock feature when exiting the truck and driving for awhile i get the chime meaning the panel is working and the computer is seeing that i am pressing the switch
• There is a ton of random wiring in the truck from an after market alarm system to a thick wire that was ran from the battery directly to under my back seat (since removed) probably for a sub in the past.

The truck was beat up and abused long before I got it.... just trying to get it all working again
