Hard strategems nerfed?

I played today's hard strategem on decapitation and enemies died in 20 shots instead of 50, not once ambushed by 3 biovores, ravengers, zoanthropes, had 2 stims in my inventory, carnifex died in 120 seconds, and didn't run out of ammo once. It felt like operations mode on normal. Give me back my nearly impossible ridiculousness
