Tier IX ship for coal recommendations

Hi all. I just about have enough coal for a Tier IX premium ship. I was looking for some recommendations. I usually like BB's and torpedo DD's. Thanks. I guess I could also go for a Tier VIII but while I do have 2 tier VIII premiums and Tier X special ship, I don't have any Tier IX's at all.
