DCT Clutch Warranty

How likely is it for Hyundai to cover the clutch plates on a 2016 Veloster Base? Vehicle has about 87k miles and a little more than 1 month from hitting the 10year/100k mark, the vehicle also has a 10 year/100k CPO Wrap Platinum warranty. Contract for the CPO Wrap excludes “standard clutch”, am I correct in thinking that the DCT’s clutch isn’t a standard clutch?

There’s a TSB for the 2016-2017 Veloster 1.6L Turbo dated August 2020 which included replacing the double clutch and a TCU update, but my vehicle is not a turbo. My car failed the Judder test and the double clutch is worn.

Dealership has the vehicle and is waiting for the inspector to come out (compressor is also bad and I’m not sure if the inspector is for the DCT or the AC issue). No approvals have been made yet.
