order up thoughts

two thoughts on order up:

1. can you compost cookies? i know you can't compost cocoa beans, but if you can compost cookies that seems like a very efficient way to get upgrades.

2. why is the composter only active some of the time? with the rush order giving timed events to make the game more dynamic, i think it's redundant to have the composter doing this too, and just makes the game more complicated than it needs to be.
