Explaining why Clu would’ve succeeded unlike the Dillinger System

In Ares it says Eve found the permanence code in a backup Flynn had of a post 82 pre-Legacy version of the grid which is where Ares met Flynn and received permanence. Considering how long Flynn worked on the grid and what its purpose was and now knowing he already had the permanence code baked into a post 82 version of the original grid, that means the Legacy grid ALSO has the permanence code baked into it.

The Encom grid is NOT the same as the Legacy grid which Sam still has and is probably trying to use to save Quorra from whatever she’s going through at the end of Ares.

In short Clu would’ve left the Legacy grid A-Okay then with the knowledge he had from Kevin’s memories he would’ve built more Shiva lasers to bring the full grid into our world without any hiccups.
