Catching HFMD?

I know there’s tons of posts on this but wanted to ask for personal stories.

Daughter’s daycare class had HFM in it this week. I was being careful about not sharing food after that but forgot last night and this morning. We shared a condiment cup last night. Also shared cereal and used the same spoon this morning.

Now today she has a rash in the diaper area that looks consistent with HFM as well as one single spot on her arm that looks like the diaper spots. No fever like when she had HFM back in May.

How doomed am I to catch HFM?
