Can't withdraw

I just created an Underdog account today and deposited $10. I went to go bet on picks only for it to tell me I live in a state where picks aren't allowed. I went to go withdraw my money because why would I use an app that doesn't work in my state and my money is now considered to be bonus funds and I can't withdraw it. I want my money back and I want nothing to do with this app.
