how to activate alternate rims in vehicle mod?

hello. i recently installed the following vehicle mod and it's great. however i can't figure out how to switch to or enable the rims shown in the image of the white caprice showcased on the webpage.

i know it exists because when i choose the option for a "full tune" in menyoo or rampage, it gives the cars those particular wheels. i however can't find it anywhere as a standalone option. the rims are obviously included in the mod package. i'd like to use them for other cars as well. could anyone help me out? thanks.
