My teen daughter a size 8 for years got a pair of ultra mini uggs. Now she insists she needs a size 7. Anyone else find ultra mini Uggs to run large?

She’s known for being difficult about weird stuff at times (ie: she ate pizza last week but today insists she doesn’t eat pizza, I had to buy a shoe stretcher and spend hours stretching multiple pairs of shoes I have purchased for her in a sz 8) but she is absolutely adamant that the ultra mini sz 8 are too big. Last year I got her a pair of Nike Airmax youth size 7 - a size 39, they’ve been her daily wear since. $160 isn’t chump change for me and I refuse to exchange them for something that will sit on the floor of her bedroom. I checked the fit and they seem fine. 🤷‍♀️ I’m hoping to get other opinions. Thanks!
