Soft wash second story with this cheap pressure washer?

I have one of these cheap Ryobi pressure washers. I’m now trying to find a way to clean the algae(?) off the side of my house two story house, one wall is brick one is vinyl siding.

From what I’ve read the correct was is to use a shooter tip to soft wash it with a cleaner mix so you don’t cause damage or need to climb ladders or anything. But the Ryobi doesn’t have a soap compartment on the included little soap applicator that doesn’t shoot far at all.

So my thoughts are to grab one of these extenders to attach the soap applicator to to give my a 10’ reach and use a ladder for more if necessary. Then use either another shooter tip or attach the included tips to the extenders to clean it off.
