Are there any similar RPG games to FF6?

I've played many FF games, and I still think FF6 is my favorite.

I started watching walk throughs, seeing things I missed when I played the game in my childhood, and etc.

In terms of story, character development, story twists, and side quests, can anyone recommend me any other RPGs similar to FF6?
