Book recommendations after finishing the saga?

I looked through the sub and this question was asked few times, although vaguely and years ago. I think the saga was the best thing I ever read. While I enjoyed Tolkien’s works, Sapkowski, or Herbert’s Dune, GOT was something else. The characters were deeply flawed. People who got injured often died. Main characters didn’t wear plot armour ( mostly ). Actions had consequences. Betrayal for personal gain, torture, plots, schemes. Are there any other, low to mid fantasy books, that would be similar? I’m a sucker for medieval setting I guess
