Suggestions on a controller that's made for people with larger hands?

I currently use an Elite Series Xbox controller but am sick of dealing with stick drift. I purchased the Gamesir Pro controller hoping it would be a better alternative but immediately regretted it when I noticed how much smaller the Gamesir is compared to official Xbox controllers. Is there any controller that has the same dimensions as an official Xbox controller but comes with hall effect joy sticks or anything that won't cause drift?
