How does f0rsakeN manage to have such steady aim despite his sensitivity?

I've seen players with high sensitivity in pro play like Asuna, something, happywei, Rarga etc. shake a lot when they're aiming, especially Asuna and Rarga. But somehow, the dude with a sensitivity higher than all of theirs, has very calm aim and it almost feels like it's leaf playing instead of him (leaf plays on a very low sensitivity).

How does he do it, and are there any tips for high sens players to decrease their shakiness while aiming (asking since I myself play on 560 eDPI lol)
