Filing an FBAR. Under which part of the form do I declare an informal in-trust-for (ITF) bank account?

Many years ago, I (US citizen / residing outside US) had an aunt (foreign citizen/also residing outside US) who opened an informal in-trust-for (ITF) account, listing me (her niece) as the beneficiary. So the account name was "Aunt ITF Niece". I need to include this on my FBAR, right? Under which part should I list this account?

Is it... Part II-Accounts Owned Separately, or Part-III-Accounts Owned Jointly, or Part IV-accounts where filer has signature or other authority but no financial interest in the accounts, or Part V-accounts where filer is filing a consolidated report ?

On the other hand, I also handled a foreign informal ITF savings/direct deposit account for my mother (US Citizen, residing outside US). So the account name looks like "Daughter ITF Mother". Under which part should I be listing this account? Also, my mother passed away three years ago, and the account has been frozen since then. We're still in the midst of estate settlement. But I still need to report it, if the maximum aggregate value of all the foreign accounts exceed $10,000, is that correct?

Thank you for any help..
