Grammarly and M365 Co-Pilot

Are we allowed to use grammarly for spell checking? I used it during community college I am new to capella and also I have ADHD so I was thinking about using M365 Co pilot to create an outline with what I write down on my paper but it is not going to write the full essay for me I will write it myself and I am in the FP Business
