Played and finished FF5 for the second time. Here's my new thoughts on it.

My first time I was also juggling between 2 other FF games. Which is pretty much why I gave it a low rating.

This time I focused solely on it and now I have a much better opinion on it.

The story and characters are great. The music is fantastic. And the gameplay is great.

Only thing that be nice is more additional options in the job system like 1 reaction ability, 2 support abilities, and a list of miscellaneous abilities (1 to start with, increases as the character masters more and more jobs, and 5 for the max).

For example a dragon that can use black magic with cover for reaction, MP+30% and equip shields for support, and guard-lance-dualcast-mineuchi-zeninage for miscellaneous. Or a ninja that can use time magic with first strike for reaction, dualwield-MP+30% for support, and rapid fire-aim-smoke-image-animals for miscellaneous. Or a White mage that can use summoning magic with equip whips and mp+10% for support and control-catch-call-flirt-dance for misc. Or a blue mage that can use summoning magic with learn for reaction, HP+30% and mp+30% for support, and scan-call-check-chakra for misc.

Other than that, I'd say this game now gets a rating of 8.5/10 from me.
