where the best place i can go as a french expat

hello guys i come from a little town in France (Mulhouse) , I want to work abroad and I dont know which place would be best for me I would need the advices of people who have similar expériences as me, so I speak english well and I want to know which place offers the most job opportunities and good salaries if thats possible, I have some job experience but I didnt go further than high school so what is the best country I could go noting I have a 2000€ budget?? I was thinking maybe england or netherlands?
