Pinging enemy questions...

I noticed when I ping an enemy, it doesn't make a sound like it did in Battlefield 2042. Is this a bug? Is there a way to get sound from a ping?

I also noticed after being killed when getting ready to ping an enemy, the cursor is REALLY small and hard to see. Is there a way to make the cursor larger? (I'm on PC by the way.)
