F30 - What is this painful, red bump next to my nose?

Last night I (F30) noticed some pain to the right of my nose - at first I thought it was from my sinuses. When I got up this morning and looked in the mirror, I noticed this big, red bump. It's very painful. It doesn't always itch, but when it does it's very intense. I went to urgent care and they gave me Mupirocin ointment for it just in case. It might just be a weird pimple or even a bug bite, but idk. Any thoughts on what exactly it might be?
