Can Valve ban for an auto-clicker used only in CS2 inventory?

I wrote a simple Python script that automatically clicks in specific spots to move my skins into storage containers. I never use it during matches, only in the inventory menu. Can this trigger a VAC or any other ban from Valve? Has anyone seen a real case of getting punished just for an auto-clicker in the menu?
