Help me with a movie quote

I'm trying to remember this movie quote. I don't remember the film's name but it's a comedy and one guy was trying to help another guy and screwed up big time and cause the guy a lot of grief. The guy he was trying to help is getting furious and says something along the lines of, what's the big finale? Are you going to set my car on fire or fuck my sister?
