Roku not working

So i have restarted my wifi, the roku, factory reset the roku and it won't connect to the wifi. Idk what to do anymore. Any advice and tips would be great.

I just plugged it in yesterday for the first time, it was working fine. My kids mess with everything so I unplugged it and took it out if their room for the night, went to go plug it back in for nap time and it's not working. We used it for maybe 4 hours total, ever.
