We present a concept for Red Dead Redemption III: Outlaw Rising, detailing Arthur Morgan’s untold story from 1882 to 1899—covering his early outlaw life, mentorship under Dutch, and the foundation of his bond with John Marston.

The core innovation is RED DEAD SYNCHRONY: A system that transfers Arthur's final Honor level and key aesthetic choices from RDR3 back to the RDR2 save file. This allows players to fully customize the moral and visual state of the Arthur they play in RDR2.

This feature can be offered as a $7 Add-on to the massive existing RDR2 player base, providing both creative depth and a strong revenue stream.
